Reputation and influence

Public Relations

YARD Communications is a public relations company in Baghdad that manages the brand's relationship with everyone outside its own pages: government and regulatory bodies, the media, partners and sponsors, and the public at events. For companies and brands in Iraq that need a clear official voice, and a plan ready for the day their reputation comes under pressure.

What the service covers

Three pillars

01

Representation before government and regulatory bodies

Preparing messages, correspondence and company profiles, arranging meetings, and representing the brand in official encounters, in the language official bodies in Iraq understand and with respect for their procedures.

02

Crisis communication and reputation management

A plan ready before the crisis: who speaks, what they say, on which channel and within how many hours. During a crisis: monitoring what is said, a clear statement, follow-up until it settles, then a review of what we learned. On ordinary days: regular monitoring of what is said about the brand.

03

Corporate partnerships and sponsorships that serve the brand

Choosing the partnerships and sponsorships that put the brand in front of the right audience, negotiating them, and managing what the brand actually gets from them: presence, mentions and content, not just a logo on a banner.

A specialism within public relations

Events

Openings, press conferences, product launches and partner gatherings: the idea, the invitations, the media, the organisation on the day, and the coverage after it. For us an event is a means to a specific message, not an occasion in itself.

Our Methodology

How we deliver it

  1. 01

    Plan

The bodies, the messages and the map of relationships the brand needs, and the crisis plan

  2. 02

    Approval

You approve the official messages, the spokespeople and the events plan before any contact in the brand's name

  3. 03

    Delivery

Correspondence, meetings, statements and events, coordinated with your team

  4. 04

    Monthly report

Meetings, coverage and partnerships achieved, what is being said about the brand, and what we propose for next month

FAQ

Questions about
the service

Can we commission events only?

Yes. A single event can be run as a standalone project, with its details set in a tailored proposal.

How does an engagement start?

In four steps: a first message or call about your project, an intro session to understand the brand, the market and the goals, a tailored proposal with a clear scope and price, then signing and kick-off: eight days of setup, followed by the first monthly plan for approval.

How are results measured?

Every engagement starts with a monthly plan the client approves before any budget is spent, and is measured with a monthly report that shows where the budget went and what it achieved.
